### 1/5 — Update needed.

*2024-05-11*

I have zero issues with The Closing Exchange. The app however, is in need of a major update. You can’t be efficient when the app shuts down at the end and nothing gets submitted until returning to the office, which at times can be 30 minutes to an hour after the signing.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work on iPhone

*2023-03-22*

You can go into the app and look at orders but you cannot get notifications on the iPhone. I’m curious how that it even possible.

### 1/5 — Don't bother

*2022-02-05*

The app does not work . You won't receive notification live . By the time you see it on the app all orders are missed . Always freezing and restarting

### 1/5 — Terrible

*2022-02-03*

Crashes constantly. Doesn’t ever load completely. Zero functionality. I’ve liked working with these guys but this makes for a less than desirable experience. How am I supposed to reliably and timely report a job status? I end up looking like the slacker because I have to wait for computer access to communicate.

### 1/5 — CNSA

*2022-02-03*

This app needs HELP! I thought the sms would work being the e-mails received do not work for me. Have a difficult time responding to a request either way.

### 1/5 — Terrible

*2022-01-29*

This company has a terrible app and website. Every time a job comes through it takes forever to login. Delete your profile and don’t waste your time.

### 1/5 — Agent/Vendor

*2022-01-10*

This App does not allow notifications to come through until minutes later by the time you are notified the appointment has already been accepted by someone else.

### 1/5 — If you want to get lowballed

*2022-01-09*

This is the signing service for you. 65$ 2 hours away 200+ page packet??? Disappointed

### 2/5 — Please fix issues

*2022-01-08*

Great company to work with, but the app is faulty.
The app closes anytime you try to submit a closing status, which is extremely frustrating.
Also, the fingerprint to unlock should be allowed for the app, it can be an annoyance to have to type in user ID and password every single time I open the app.
Not as big of an issue but still inconvenient nonetheless, the orders do not show immediately when you click on that tab.
User interface needs to be improved

### 1/5 — Only useful during and after a signing

*2021-11-04*

App does not send a sound for notifications. There’s a bell symbol but that doesn’t light up like it does in the website. The only way I can get signings is by continually tapping the signing offers tab.
But the app is useful for notifying CX that an order is complete or asking questions during a signing.
