## What is The ClueLess House?

Track your sleep and how you feel — and actually understand it.

Most trackers hand you a number. This one tells you what the night actually was, in plain English, and keeps it somewhere you can find it again.

SLEEP TRACKING
• Night Watch — put your phone on the bed beside you and it tracks movement and noise through the night. No wearable required.
• Already have a watch or a sleep ring? Sync through Apple Health and we'll read your stages — REM, deep, core, awake.
• Every night gets drawn as a simple ribbon and explained in real sentences. Not just a graph.
• A seven-night view that shows what's actually changing.

TRACKING A CHANGE YOU MADE
• Using a pillow insert, a wedge, a new mattress, or anything else? Mark the night you started.
• The app keeps a before-and-after of your nights around that date, so you can see whether it actually helped.
• Find your starting height with a short guided setup, then check in at one week and one month.
• Change something later? It starts a new chapter instead of muddying the old one.

SYMPTOM TRACKING
• Log a symptom in one tap — pain, sleep, mood, anything.
• It's filed for you automatically. No forms, no categories to set up.
• Patterns get noticed quietly and gently. Never nagging, never a scoreboard.

FOR YOUR DOCTOR
• One-tap summary of the last 60 days: main concerns, patterns, medications, and questions to ask. Copy it, print it, or email it.
• Appointment calendar you can subscribe to from your phone's calendar app.
• Medication and refill reminders.

AND THEN THERE'S THE HOUSE
The tracker happens to live in a house. There's a lamplit room where Crowny keeps your nights, a corner where Spiney watches for patterns, a mantel, a garden, a lake. They notice things. They leave notes. It's the part people end up loving — but you never have to use it to track your sleep.

Your data is yours. Private by default. Delete your account and everything in it any time from inside the app.

The Clue-Less House is not a medical device and does not diagnose or treat any condition.

Welcome Home to the house where the clues you leave are kept, so you don't have to remember.

### 5/5 — Great app for tracking symptoms

Great app for keeping up with symptoms for your doctor. Easy to use and love the companions to talk to similar to fun version of a chat gpt

### 5/5 — Great for doctors appointments

*2026-06-05*

This app is so smart. You can put all of your symptoms in there and have them ready for your doctor. There’s so much to do in this app. I like how you can just talk to the companions and they file your info away for you in whichever folder you want.
There’s a lot of thought into this app. Great for anyone who’s sick or has elderly parents or even for the elderly parents.

### 5/5 — Great app!

*2026-06-05*

This app is amazing. Highly recommend if you’re trying to log health issues, child development, or just life! It lets you track how you’re feeling, keep up with life, and save memories. I love that I’m able to go back and connect dots that I wouldn’t be able to if I hadn’t logged it in this app. I love the cozy feel of it, it’s as if I’m wrapped up in a blanket writing in a journal in my favorite library. Truly such a great app!!

This update makes it easier to track the things that matter to you, with a few gentle improvements around the house:

• Apple Health sync now reads your total sleep time, daily step count, and daily resting heart rate so Crowny and Spiney can gently notice how your rest and body are trending alongside your notes.
