App hasn't worked in so long. It just stays at the logo screen. Used to work great.

I have been a Coffee Bean customer for over 10 years in this new update isn’t easy on the eyes. The point system also changed, while I had a free drink waiting once the points changed I no longer do. I wish I had a warning. I would’ve gotten my free drink weeks ago. Everything is very jumbled on the main screen you can’t tell which rewards you’re eligible for because everything is the same color. Not very happy. But then again I can go somewhere else and get coffee just the same.

Love that there was an update made to the app recently however I notice that CBTL still hasn’t made the app more functional and efficient when it comes to ordering. If you change locations or change drink size you have to restart your order. This lack of efficiency and duplication of efforts makes me less likely to order and instead end up going to it’s competitors like Starbucks whose app is much more user friendly and easier to place orders.

They just expanded their rewards options and now it takes 300 pts to receive a free Baked Goods. It used to take 200 pts. That’s only what I typically redeem my pts for so I’m not sure what else is less valuable now, but I’m sure the higher rewards certainly are… You should know, before downloading this app!

I feel like Coffee Bean as a company just isn’t that great. The app was recently updated and it’s honestly terrible, I’m not a fan of how they’re now distributing points, and their customer service really isn’t the best,  especially compared to Starbucks. The coffee is good, but that’s pretty much where the positives end for me.

Been coming here for several years, and this update is terrible for loyalty. Not that long ago it used to be $40 of spend to get a free drink and when it switched to $85 that was a big jump. But in all honesty, most people got it from a business perspective, cause $40 in spend was simply way too good and not sustainable. 425 points ($85 spend) was, in all fairness, still reasonable. $120 (600 points) now is just going too far, and sadly going to have an adverse effect on loyalty and retention.

This new app update completely sucks. It looks like a jumbled mess, like corporate slop. Also, now you need way more points for certain rewards, which means spending a lot more money. With the quality of the drinks lately, it is not worth it. Either go back to the old layout, or I am out.
