Actually dd-mm should be enough!! ### 2/5 — A bit pointless *2021-12-12, version 1.0.8* Top up is only in store? What's the point then? No one will top up in the store when you will just hand over your bank card to pay. Top up is only worth it if you can do it from your bank and then use the app for faster payment. New ugly logo and ugly design for this New APP. Going down from an elegant clean stylish design to a messy cheap looking design. This change is not really understandable. Hence pointless ### 1/5 — Error on gifting coffee coupons *2025-05-12, version 1.4.3* Bought 15 drinks coupons and try to gift 4 of them today, but it got error and doesn’t show link code at all. Since there is no online support, it’s really hard to pan out the error at the busy store. I guess it’s easier to just mark them as a lost ### 1/5 — Disaster, profit mongering app *2025-02-01, version 1.4.3* They’ve changed prices year or more ago. They put picollo late 90. After a month they changed it to 120, and now is 150 while huge latte is 145. They force you to pay more for a smaller size coffee. Also from what I see now it’s not it’s not possible to redeem points for coffee anymore. Before they were as well forcing only largest cups. Also coupon was 20 for coffee but you coudn’t choose picollo only large. Then coupon went to 25 points for coffee, now not possible to exchange. I know coffee price hit all time high, but looking out exclusively on your profit is something I will not support any more. I dont have a thailand number. I originally registered the account with my email. This is now the second time my account has been deleted! I will never eat at this overpriced restaurant every again! What’s the effect? My purchased coffee is now inaccessible. There’s no way to get in because I don’t have that number anymore. Do they ever collect an email? Nope. You can’t sign people out of their account and then cause them to lose their account and purchases. Stop tying everything to a phone number when people change phone numbers. However, it always takes 2-4 scans for the staff to complete one transaction. Scan for points > scan for top up > scan for reward > scan to pay. I think the flow can be drastically optimized so that I don’t need to wait 10-15 mins until th staff figures out what to do.
