Regularly crashes. Doesn’t display pages in order. Doesn’t download books. I have tried multiple devices and operating systems. All of which share these problems.

Terrible app to use with my child. In landscape mode a red box appears and almost covers the text on the page. Old app was much better!

This app is made for children to access books for reading. The app is horribly user unfriendly. It’s possible to zoom in on pages but it then becomes impossible to flip pages without adjusting the size back to original size, which isn’t as easy as it sounds and should be. It also becomes impossible to come out of the book to restart. This is the worst reading app. Used the predecessor (Collins ebooks before, which also wasn’t perfect but a lot more user friendly). We’re tied in due to school and Little Wandle but this isn’t good enough

I had just been trying to read for school and it keeps saying to refresh the app to access this book. Every time I refresh it it is stuck spinning in continuous circles.

On tablet it works. But on my iPhone 11, the page it loads is too large. Instead what you get is a small screen of a page that you cannot zoom out or in of, and every time you touch the page, it turns.
Poor design if it cannot be accessible for 95% of users.

After my previous scathing review this app has been improved! You can now zoom in and then still turn the page using the new page numbers at the bottom. Thanks to whoever improved it!
