Congruence, created with teen input, uses interactive audio coaching activities that allow you to discover your own solutions to issues, uncover strengths, and create insights. Your sessions are recorded so you can revisit your learning experience, creating a journal of your growth and change. There's no typing or reading so you don't have to focus on your phone - it's all voice-activated audio.
 
Self-efficacy leads to agency and self-respect, which are key components to a successful and well-lived life.
