My 15 year-old has just started using it and they’re already feeling less stressed and more confident. This app is truly unique. It gets right at the emotional issues in a way I’ve never seen. I’m going to try it myself. Highly recommend.

I’ve only just started using this app and I can see a path to success. I struggle with sticking with things. Short attention span. Procrastination. This app has short, concise, audios and exercises that make it easy to listen to, follow and implement self change.
