Can’t find way round this

I left a one star review before, and since i wrote it my subscription has been reinstated (thank you Monty). I am pleased i can now enjoy my paper dailly again. I can retrieve papers i never recieved so happy about that. All happened because a new app was issued and the new one would not accept my login. Even when password was changed.
A bit of a faff leaving me anxious and frustrated. All good now.

Great to see local news BUT not easy to get it. I’m doing the 3 month trial and yet it still tells me , on occasion, that I have to subscribe to receive it. I have!

Often when the app updates or subscription renews there is a protracted logging in process as it seems to forget all my login details, then after a few days it seems to sort itself out. Quite frustrating.
