Listed the wait time as 0-20 minutes, and when we got to the restaurant, they told us an hour and a half. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work at all *2023-08-05* Just like the other reviews. Crashes, doesn’t let you join the waitlist. Junk. ### 1/5 — quite literally the worst app *2023-07-14* crashes every time you try to join the waitlist. the staff at cowfish still push for you to use the app to join the waitlist. can't use the app to join the waitlist because the app is absolutely horrendous. stop pushing the app that hasn't seen an update in YEARS. awful. and no one cares. ### 1/5 — App doesn't work on a basic level *2023-07-08* Keyboard doesn't show up when trying to fill out fields. Can't search for the restaurant. Says reservation system is unavailable, so can't join wait list. It's a straight up terrible app. ### 1/5 — Just why… *2022-10-21, version 2.2.6* It looks like they went to a nursing home and had a class on how to make phone apps, then just took one of their creations and put it straight to use. I will never understand it. ### 1/5 — Don’t bother. Walk over *2022-09-18, version 2.2.6* SUCH a waste of time!!! Was shopping in North Hills, joined the waitlist, app said 15-30 minutes. In 30 min they texted saying there were now 10 people ahead of us so please head to the booth. As we were headed there it said 5 people in front of us please see hostess. Within 5 minutes we were at the hostess stand and she said it would be at least 30 more minutes. WHAT???? She was also extremely rude. When I asked why I was told 15-30 minutes and told to head to the stand she said the app must have been glitching. Finally it said we were the next table… I then watched 3 parties get seated in front of us. To top it off it was my daughters birthday. My 80 year old parents were there waiting as well. From the time I joined the wait list (and was told 15-30) to the time I was seated it was an hour and 10 minutes. Totally unacceptable. Have reservations like everywhere else or have a better solution than this app. ### 1/5 — Keeps crashing *2021-12-26, version 2.2.6* Yea Noh downloaded for the waitlist that does not even work. App keeps crashing. ### 5/5 — Perfect timing! *2021-04-15, version 2.2.6* The app worked perfectly for us. We drove over from Pullem Park and there were five people ahead of us on the wiring list. By the time we got here, we were seated almost right away. This was really appreciated as we had a hungry 22 month old with us. ### 1/5 — This app shouldn’t even exist. *2021-02-14, version 2.2.6* The fact that you can’t even speak to a person in order to make a reservation in itself is aggravating. Therefore you HAVE to download the app. Upon downloading, you can’t make a reservation unless they can access your data, making you give them your location data. Once agreeing to all of that, there is in fact no way to actually make a reservation; only suggests you’re on a waiting list, yet gives no confirmation. Poor business model. ### 1/5 — Poor app developer *2020-09-26, version 2.2.3* The app counts down how close you are to getting a table. But it counts down people in front of you and they are not in minutes. Nowhere on the app does it say that. This developer does not label things. Go somewhere else.When we arrived the app said 38.
