Hope not a scam lol *2026-07-09, version 1.8* So I signed up for FHA and once I told them my score they directed me to credit pros, I spoke with Mary who was an absolute sweetheart and walked me through everything. She made me aware of the issues on my credit and told me what I could do and how to help. She also made me aware of the $129 and told me exactly what it does and if i’m unhappy I can always dispute it. She also confirmed with me of the payment before she took anything. While the process was amazing, she told me I could download the app and after seeing these reviews i’m a bit scared but i’ll see how this goes. Will update if needed. ### 5/5 — Got my collections removed! *2026-05-13, version 1.8* I was using a NCD trade line that they provided me and it looks like everything went through successfully. I’ve gotten most of my collections removed. Still on my third month, and I’m loving the process! My credit has improved over 70 points since I started in December. I’ve got 3 new credit cards which wouldn’t have got before I started using the credit pros. So I think I’m getting my moneys worth. The app is horrible, it freezes all the time. I see all these other reviews about this being a scam, I sure hope it isn’t but I have seen my credit improve through Equifax and Transunion and like I said I’ve got 3 new credit cards. First person told me about the loan program which was the only reason i pay first fee just got me to get decline . I cancel program and they charge me again. I had to call my bank to block account . Don’t do it!!!! ### 1/5 — Scam!! *2025-02-13, version 1.8* Glad I didn’t go through with another company like this. Tried to call the MAIN CREDIT BUREAU & they picked up and convinced me they were professional ect ect . They got my $1 and I went to download the app and seen all the scam reviews & instantly called to cancel my subscription with them. Had to call multiple times and the first guy tried to convince me to stay for at least the first $129 payment for 5 minutes and told me ok he’s gonna send a email. Never did so I called back and told them what I wanted to do and hung up. Finally I got through another 5 mins of trying to convince me and coming back to the phone from talking to his "supervisor"😂 I finally got a cancellation email but I’m still going to freeze my credit and make sure my bank takes them off completely.
