I’ve got 3 new credit cards which wouldn’t have got before I started using the credit pros. So I think I’m getting my moneys worth. The app is horrible, it freezes all the time. I see all these other reviews about this being a scam, I sure hope it isn’t but I have seen my credit improve through Equifax and Transunion and like I said I’ve got 3 new credit cards. Thank you CreditBros you all are the best!! ### 1/5 — James wish had 0 stars *2020-11-04, version 1.7* Don’t hire all talk, I am a disabled veteran served in the Marine Corps, I explained my grandpa other has lymphoma he owns the house I live in I need to get a VA loan the only thing on my credit report is one collection I need all I explained it to them before higher than I needed it done and off of there, after almost a month and seeing nothing done on my credit report whatsoever and calling them and talking to them every day I decided to call the collection agency myself they sent me a paid in full letter I called Trans Union and they said to upload the paid in full letter and they would take it off my credit report within five days, I went to upload the paid in full letter and it would not let me on Trans Union site because credit pros had already filed a dispute and they have to upload it so I sent the document to them 15 days ago they still have not given it to Trans Union they still have not reviewed the document, and keep feeding me lines that it will take 60 days to take care of this when I know that’s a complete lie because I talk to Trans Union myself, don’t hire these guys do the legwork get it done yourself it’s a waste of money a waste of time and nobody you talk to is even in the United States, I have not talk to one person at the credit pros that did not speak broken English from another country I am almost positive they don’t even have credit where these people work from for god sake stay away, I talk to a supervisor every single day and all they do is talk talk talk and do no legwork ### 5/5 — The Credit Pros App *2020-09-28, version 1.7* A quick way to remove certain negative items appearing on your credit report. Tried to call the MAIN CREDIT BUREAU & they picked up and convinced me they were professional ect ect . They got my $1 and I went to download the app and seen all the scam reviews & instantly called to cancel my subscription with them. Had to call multiple times and the first guy tried to convince me to stay for at least the first $129 payment for 5 minutes and told me ok he’s gonna send a email. Never did so I called back and told them what I wanted to do and hung up. Finally I got through another 5 mins of trying to convince me and coming back to the phone from talking to his "supervisor"😂 I finally got a cancellation email but I’m still going to freeze my credit and make sure my bank takes them off completely. I was assured that if a team of credit pros couldn't clean my record, I would receive a refund. My primary goal was to remove a collection from my credit report, and I was promised that my record would be cleaned. Instead, all that was done was the removal of one single hard inquiry (which anyway would go away within 3 months) , seemingly just to ensure that their money-back policy wouldn’t apply. This is a complete scam. ### 1/5 — SCAM *2024-03-25, version 1.8* This is a scam! THEY RUINED MY LIFE. Unfortunately if you have downloaded the app. They probably already got you. Freeze everything you can, dispute the charges, and cancel your card. They got me because I tried calling “the credit bureau” because that’s what a loan provider told me to do. And I’m young and dumb so I introduced myself during the call by saying who I was trying to call and why…so that’s who they pretended to be, so I gave them ALL my information. They have you click a link which must make you electronically sign all of this stuff THAT YOU NEVER READ, HEARD OF, OR WERE INFORMED OF. And eventually they ask for your credit card information. I thought it was strange but I wasn’t sure, maybe these credit agencies need it in order for me to dispute something. I now know I was very very wrong. 1. You don’t get your money back from them. 2. They added disputes for me, but they were completely worthless. You can do it yourself 1000 times better. 3. They steal and sell your information to get credit cards and open account. 4. This is a major fraud operation. They are good at acting legit so they haven’t gotten caught. I opened up an investigation on them, so if they got you too, please do the same to help bring these guys down. ### 1/5 — Service *2023-10-29, version 1.8* The app doesn't work like that. Hope not a scam lol *2026-07-09, version 1.8* So I signed up for FHA and once I told them my score they directed me to credit pros, I spoke with Mary who was an absolute sweetheart and walked me through everything. She made me aware of the issues on my credit and told me what I could do and how to help. She also made me aware of the $129 and told me exactly what it does and if i’m unhappy I can always dispute it. She also confirmed with me of the payment before she took anything. While the process was amazing, she told me I could download the app and after seeing these reviews i’m a bit scared but i’ll see how this goes. I’ve gotten most of my collections removed. Still on my third month, and I’m loving the process!
