Update to the latest version this week and it lost all my favorite tokens. Added them back which took a while and when I opened the app they were all lost again. I added my favorites three times and they don’t stay after I reopen the app. Not feeling well about the update process and how it won’t keep my favorites from being removed. Not impressed with the iOS version at all. ### 4/5 — I am happy I was able to get the help I needed Ty ❤️ *2024-07-23* I recently fall into a big scam from a trading platform called Nsfx trading, Unfortunately for me, I invested 65,000 GBP worth of bitcoin with a fraudulent company. I was happy to watch my account grow to 240,000 GBP within a couple of weeks. But i didn't realize i was dealing with a scam company, until i tried to make an attempt to withdraw. I made a withdrawal request, and noticed my account was suddenly blocked for no apparent reason. I tried contacting customer support, but all to no avail. I needed my money back at all cost, because i could not afford to let it go. So i tried all possible means to make sure i recovered my scammed bitcoin. I did a lot of online search for help, and tried to see if there were other people who had any similar experience. It would be better if I provided a simple way to help understand how those metrics can be used. I also wish that it imported my actual transactions and allows me to see them. That would then allow me to see profit/loss of my portfolio and positions and would make the app almost perfect. I do like the ability to see the 1 hr, 1day and 7 day gain/loss in a single view. Quite useful. I find it EXTREMELY annoying that I am constantly prompted, with a banner at the top (even though I dismiss it), to upgrade to Pro+ even though I have paid for Pro. PLEASE STOP THIS! I may consider uninstalling it this continues. **Developer response:** Hi there. In theory, the prompts should function in a way that they only appear once in each section of our application (alerts, news, portfolio, list, etc.) and not more. So if you think that upgrading will make the ads go away....nope! Second. I signed up for pro.. and every time I open the app it takes a significant %ge of my screen to remind me to upgrade to pro+. Very disturbing and it gives you the feeling that you don’t pay at all. 3rd: I can not find where to delete once connected APIs. That’s very weird for me. This dishonest bait-and-switch shows they don’t honor their lifetime agreements.
