The app is “frozen” because it is loading all of the cup data. I have taken note of this review and this will be fixed in the next version. If you open the app and leave it on that screen for about 30 seconds, you should be able to then signup. You can also keep track of what cup you use each day. There’s a Facebook group where you can post questions about the app and get a prompt response from the developer.
