This app does not correctly pin my residence location in a well-established mobile home park. My neighboring unit appears on the map, but mine does not, which creates a serious accessibility and pickup reliability issue. What makes this especially frustrating is that C-Van paratransit staff suggested I use Current as an alternative transportation option. However, if the app cannot accurately identify my actual pickup location, it is not a reliable option for riders with mobility limitations. I hope this issue gets fixed, because accurate pickup locations are not a minor detail for disabled riders who depend on transportation services. ### 2/5 — Need to show missed rides *2026-01-26* I cannot get a ride from 3pm until days end, never available.
