Don’t get this app not useful at all have to schedule currents 3 days before hand can never get a current during the day always full at this point just buy a car nobody should use this piece of garbage app

One star.

This app does not correctly pin my residence location in a well-established mobile home park. My neighboring unit appears on the map, but mine does not, which creates a serious accessibility and pickup reliability issue.

What makes this especially frustrating is that C-Van paratransit staff suggested I use Current as an alternative transportation option. However, if the app cannot accurately identify my actual pickup location, it is not a reliable option for riders with mobility limitations.

I hope this issue gets fixed, because accurate pickup locations are not a minor detail for disabled riders who depend on transportation services.

I know the current services my neighborhood. However I have never been able to schedule a ride. Ever.  It always says nothing is available.
