Attempts to reach help desk go into a black hole. ### 1/5 — Can’t print KENKEN or Cryptoquote puzzles *2022-11-17* The KenKen and Cryptoquote puzzles are now completely useless, as there is no way to print them except as a tiny part of a whole page. It only works in portrait mode and most of us use iPads with keypads in a landscape mode. I emailed the developer and they basically said “too bad for you”. Every other iPad app I have works in the landscape mode. Similar to the content in the Camera, you have to turn left to read it. ### 1/5 — No luck *2023-12-29* I can’t open the link to an active window. I tried too many times and give up. The Camera needs to review how that designation is made and revise it. The Enterprise App has the opposite problem: little school news, missing stories that should be there. Instead of loading screen-sized newspaper pages, it loads thumbnails you have to either manually expand or click on individual articles.
