The Daily Play is a Philadelphia Phillies fan experience built for everyone.

Every day after a Phillies game, The Daily Play generates a fresh quiz based on real game highlights — who homered, who pitched, what the final score was. Read the AI-generated game recap, then test your knowledge with 10 questions about last night's game.

DAILY QUIZ
Each day brings a brand new quiz based on the actual Phillies game. Read the story recap, then answer 10 questions about the game. The app reads every question and answer aloud, guiding you letter by letter through each response.

HR CALL
Before each game, make your HR Call — pick which Phillies player you think will hit a home run that night. Lock in your prediction before first pitch, then check back after the game to see if you called it right. Compete on the season leaderboard against other fans.

LEADERBOARD
See how your HR Call predictions stack up against other fans. Track your season record, hit rate, and climb the rankings with every correct call.

Accessibility improvements throughout the app: text size settings now properly resize all readable text, and navigation buttons meet accessibility touch target standards.
Fixed the top navigation bar being hidden on the home screen — Audio toggle, History, Settings, and Sign Out are now always accessible.
Fixed app content getting cut off on iPhone in landscape mode and other smaller screens — content now scrolls properly when needed.

App Store & Submission
Submitted version 1.1 to App Store after 1.0 was approved. Fixed version bump error. Support page routing fixed — /support was returning 404, now works.
Quiz UX Fixes
Removed auto-guest mode — app no longer signs users in as guest automatically on launch. Keyboard opens when user selects answer A or B. TTS reads 2x slower. Answer options highlighted with strong navy/gold style when being read aloud. Entire question card is now tappable to read aloud. Scroll to top when advancing to next question. Scroll to answer buttons when wrong answer selected. Tab key no longer closes keyboard. Space bar now advances to next word and reads first letter of next word. Double space no longer scrolls page. Numbers now type correctly. Symbols auto-insert without user typing them. Accent picker disabled on typing input.
No-Scroll Layout
Full no-scroll fixed viewport layout for quiz screen with three fixed zones — question, answers, typing area. Layout shrinks with keyboard. Home, Story, Results, History and Leaderboard screens all updated to fixed layout with internal scroll only where needed.
Hold Duration
Default hold duration increased from 250ms to 400ms to reduce accidental taps.
