Initially created an account on the iPhone app with Sign in with Apple and the content was great. Not completely comprehensive, but lots of well written reviews. But now the app will not let me sign back into my account. Tried deleting my Apple sign in and creating a new account, but it wouldn't let me do that either. **Developer response:** Thanks for outlining the issue and for sharing your experience with the content. However, I have to dock it by one star because I’m running into an issue that I hope is isolated to my experience only. I am unable to use the scanner functionality on my iPhone 17 Pro Max. It crashed the app and the camera will not open. My only other gripe is not being able to build my wishlist via a bulk upload. I might just be a weirdo but I have a list in my notes app. I’d love to be able to just paste each one into the wishlist section instead of having to find them in the normal search function. Super niche pet-peeve but still a wish. Other than that it’s a fantastic application and deserves the hype. The developer replied to the original comment. Sadly the update they let me know that rolled out sadly didn’t fix the issue for my device as of Sunday February 8, 2026. The app repeatedly crashes upon opening the scanner functionality. As someone who also works with software, finding the root of this issue can be tricky. I just wanted to update the devs here. Still a fantastic app. The scanner might work for you on an older device but sadly it’s still not working for me. All you do is scan the label and it gives you ratings and reviews. Using the App, helps avoid wasting money on the wrong bottle and find the spirit that suits your taste. Cannot use the camera feature without crashing. My phone is on latest iOS and app is updated. ### 1/5 — Terrible App *2026-03-14* Unreliable Data. Tried looking up Weller 107 which should be easy enough to identify uniquely and it pulled up a ton of wild valuations at ridiculous prices. Listing a standard price for it from 60-99 does no one any good as a reference for example. The owners of this app did a good job building it but if they don’t have good data management the whole this goes to trash. **Developer response:** We understand the concern around pricing. I kept getting a message telling me to contact the support team. In the end, I decided to try the app as a guest, which works in principle. Was looking forward to using this to scan bourbon bottles but am left disappointed. No way to contact support. Tried reinstalling app to no avail. Maybe an iOS18 issue? Most people (like me) are absolutely lost when they are in the liquor store. Is this bottle really worth the money? Is there a cheaper bottle that is just as good? Just scan the label of the bottle and a second later you'll have answers to all of the questions you would ever have about a bottle.
