### 2/5 — Don’t Link The New App Icon

*2026-05-23, version 11.9.4*

Please stop changing things just for the sake of changing things. The Linq App was easy to find. This is unnecessary

### 2/5 — Takes forever to load

*2026-03-14, version 11.8.9*

Everyone on my team including myself experience a very long time for the app to load. Then when it does fully load and allow me to see my messages. It glitches for a good 30 seconds before allowing my to properly view messages and type. If I wanted to access the app it takes about 1 minute and a half minimum to process before I can use the app. Besides that everything else is great

### 2/5 — Going backward with integration

*2024-11-25, version 10.8.0*

I used to love the Linq platform as it allowed me to integrate with a lot of different other services and allow my brand to super see just the app, but in recent months, Linq has moved to having more and more of its services heavily intertwined with each other to force you to go with one of their plans Making it a hard cell for me to recommend this product for those other professional. You used to be able to click a button and take you to your actual phone number now Linq wants you to use their phone number which nobody I know has this phone number because I know my number making me have to take multiple extra steps to actually have my workflow work for me where this app is now starting to impede on my workflow because they want you to buy their subscription service to use their app. It’s sad as the app use to be great.

### 5/5 — So far so good!

*2024-09-24, version 10.5.5*

I’ve been using Linq for about 3 years now and it has been great for having a digital business card & portfolio preview to show people I network with.

I’ve been able to test the Linq tap which works fine, but I usually just add the Linq widget to the top of my home screen on my iPhone 13 Pro Max and have people scan my QR code to pull up my information and save it.

I’m excited to test new features that come out for Linq as well as maybe try Linq business features as my company grows.

### 1/5 — Business owner

*2024-09-09, version 10.5.1*

The pricing stated one thing and after getting ready to purchase, it was charging a higher price.Have been also trying to reach out to get information on how to get it set up.

### 2/5 — So Upset

*2024-07-22, version 10.3.4*

I’ve shared my profile with several potential clients and now I’m embarrassed. Although I paid the “pro” subscription, I can’t upload content without being promoted to sign up again for the pro account.

### 5/5 — Love Linq 🤟🏽

*2024-07-19, version 10.3.3*

Hi, “Elliot”/“Linq-CEO”. My name Is رحيم، رشاد. (Rahim, Rashad🌹)

### 4/5 — Great except for one thing!

*2024-07-02, version 10.2.5*

I love this app! The whole Linq system is so convenient and time saving. I have my digital business card saved to my apple wallet so its there whenever I need it. I love everything about this service except for one thing.. I wish the app was available on my iPad and not just my phone. If we could change that, I would give 5 stars. Other than that, I’m very pleased with Linq.

### 2/5 — Linq.

*2024-06-08, version 10.1.0*

This app is not a good choice.
First looks good then after you buy this bracelet looks good Then they take a big chunk of cash out of your bank account.
BE WARE

### 1/5 — Very very very bad

*2024-05-02, version 9.9.1*

I'm really disappointed with Linq Pro. I found it ridiculous that you have to pay just to set up a Google Hub integration. It seems like a basic feature that should be included for free, considering the subscription cost. Paying $5 per month on top of what you might already be spending on other services just doesn't seem worth it for such a simple integration. It's frustrating that a tool that markets itself as enhancing connectivity limits such essential features behind a paywall. This feels like a cash grab rather than genuine value for users.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Bait & Switch

*2026-08-23, version 11.9.8*

I bought my hyperlink card 2 years ago when there were no “subscription” fees. Now they want $30/month to access my digital card. Stay away from this company. What is $30/month today could be $100/month next year.

### 1/5 — Do not

*2026-08-05, version 11.9.6*

This app used to be great, I’ve had it for years. But now they want $29/mo for a QR code you can have Claude or chat gpt make for you instead.

### 1/5 — No way to use

*2026-07-13, version 11.9.6*

App requires subscription to use. No way to get a subscription in the app or on the website. Clearly obsolete.

### 1/5 — Misleading. Only use the free version

*2026-03-04, version 11.8.9*

I barely used the app. However, when I decided to cancel they refused to refund me even though it says 14 days money back. So, I got scammed for $250 annual subscription that I didn’t even try to use and switched to a different app

### 1/5 — Programmers I CANT LOG IN ON PC

*2025-11-26, version 11.8.0*

Trying to login on the website on any computer device does not load, update the code please. Works on my phone but not MacBook

### 1/5 — Highly Disappointed

*2025-09-12, version 11.7.1*

Linq made a bunch of promises convincing me to do the paid version- things it couldn’t actually do. There were a couple months of back and forth with different support agents. Turned out all the things they said they could do and set up with integrations- I would have to do. We’re talking a few hours of work at least as they were not set up to be automated. I kept pushing it off until I realized I simply don’t have the time to test their system like that- and be paying for it. Never did it- never used it and yet no refund? Ya no id never recommend. Even the basic free level wasn’t working and was so frustrating at events.

### 1/5 — Should You Buy Linq Blue?

*2025-05-07, version 11.3.7*

Should you invest in Linq Blue?

Absolutely not. Run and hide.

Such a waste of time and money.. I was sold by their "president" Jared, who was clearly desperate for the sale.

He explained to me how absolutely simple and seamless the onboarding was, the use of the app, etc.. and proceeded to charge me for the year up front.

Not only was the onboarding terrible, but A LOT was not disclosed about how the blue text actually works.

They basically want me to rework my entire SOP for communication, they have a completely under-developed integration with GHL forcing you to change the way you make calls, send texts, build automations and more.

NONE of which was mentioned on the sales call.

Thankfully, I've received a full refund. But I feel obligated to warn people about using Linq Blue because of how aggressively they are running ads to it.

Pretending like it's some great solution, when really they rushed to get something built and are selling it for $3k for the year (per line).

My experience has been awful. This Jared fella has been in every single email thread and has not even attempted to reconcile his slimey sales tactics.

You have been warned. DO NOT use Linq Blue. It is 100% not worth it if you need to integrate it into anything other than their app.

### 1/5 — ATTN: DEVELOPERS

*2025-04-03, version 11.2.1*

Talked about this with you when I drove you on Lyft ride. I told you about my involvement in Uber. Give me a ring yeah? Can’t get to you because of your instagram content manager is acting like a gatekeeper. lol 424.nine-00-4nine3five

### 1/5 — It won’t let you cancel

*2025-03-08, version 11.1.4*

I really just don’t use it enough maybe in my line of work it’s not that practical however, when I tried to cancel it, I get an error message every time. Pretty genius programming to give you an error every time you try and cancel so you can never cancel.

### 1/5 — Way worse than expected

*2024-12-15, version 10.8.6*

Interface and features should be way more intuitive.
Overall I necessarily complex.
For example if I bought a product that comes with a QR code printed on it why am I not able to “lock that in” and just have that single code everywhere in the app where I want to use it? Why generate a new one every time I update my profile for example adding a new social media account or getting a better professional headshot?

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Loving the Linq!

*2026-03-21, version 11.8.9*

I just went to a networking event. Haven’t been to one in a while. But I was so delighted that I had my Linq profile already setup some time ago. And when it was time to exchange wa-lah! I was glad I was prepared!

### 5/5 — Best business card

*2026-02-09, version 11.8.9*

Hands down the best looking and functioning card.

### 5/5 — Great business App!

*2025-12-31, version 11.8.7*

### 5/5 — Great product!

### 5/5 — Barbers Best Friend

*2025-09-07, version 11.7.1*

Spent so much money and time on traditional business cards over the years, Linq has simply made business thereby life easier

### 5/5 — Response rate

*2025-06-25, version 11.6.1*

Got Linq blue and would 100 percent recommend to anyone trying to increase their response rate. Absolute game changer for me. Saw a 53% increase in response rate over the first two months

### 5/5 — Folks love it

*2025-05-08, version 11.3.7*

When they see the card work on their phone, they want to get their own!

### 5/5 — Made a difference within 2 weeks

*2025-03-19, version 11.1.5*

Our product is in the high-end auto accessories industry. Naturally, these customers do not respond to green texts or most emails, which we rely on their communication to process. Since using Linq for the passed month, my phone won’t stop blowing up. Let’s be honest, Linq did’t invent blue text. Their service and customer experience makes them the best choice out of a sea of competitors

### 5/5 — Great Customer Service

*2025-02-11, version 11.0.2*

I normally don’t write reviews, but I wanted to recognize Jared from the customer support team at Linq. He is the best customer support agent I’ve ever worked with!! I lost my digital business card and he went above and beyond to help me get a new card!! You can tell by the way he supported me that he cared about resolving my issue quick!! I wish all customer support teams have agents like Jared!! Keep providing great customer service!!
