The dime game is a great DBT tool but honestly the most complex one to use and super hard to switch between request and asks. This makes it so easy and I love that it gives you the right intensity to the answer. I am so glad I looked before building one myself. (My only nerd suggestion is that the swipe pages should be modal tabs with icons accessed at the bottom of the app.)

Please do the other skills too: set priorities/DEAR MAN/FAST/GIVE
