The Push Notifications are Coming, but I Cannot Login to Use the App. I Get “Connection Timeout. The connection timed out. Please try again later.” I Have to Use the Website/Browser, Which Isn’t the End of the World; But Defeats the Purpose of Having an App… ### 4/5 — App “appears” to finally be working! *2026-07-14* I have NO intention on updating my app install for the foreseeable future. I think THIS time, the developer finally got enough right and working correctly as far as I can tell. I’m still testing with the free version to make sure it’s solid before I ever consider paying for this app service. You can’t contact them to fix it, unless you buy their subscription. ### 1/5 — Nothing works *2025-12-07, version 2.0.19* Abandoned app? ### 2/5 — Latest update is bad *2025-11-23, version 2.0.19* The latest update was a step backwards for the app. For someone with multiple accounts, the dashboard is not as informative as the old setup where individual tickers were shown. ### 1/5 — Worst Customer Service/Scummy Company *2025-11-17* I tried to sign up for one of the rolling subscriptions because you could get a refund within 14 days if you didn’t like it. Seems like a pretty sweet deal for the company to do this. I bought it and started to use the premium features. I decided that I didn’t like the UI as much as one of my other trackers and went to get a refund. The company is now refusing to offer me a refund and saying that one of their subscriptions is non refundable, when this isn’t even the subscription I was trying to get. Terrible company and terrible customer service. Would avoid at all costs.
