The app features the original Italian texts as well as the translations by Mandelbaum and Longfellow, which can be viewed by swiping horizontally through the different Canto's.
Artwork in the form of Etches by Gustave Doré have been added to each canto and are zoomable to view to smallest details.

The app is very good in terms of ease of use and showing the Italian as well as Mandelbaum’s and Longfellow’s translation.

But a huge problem is that if a Canto is more than 46 tercets, it is simply presented as incomplete. This cuts off the crucial last lines of many cantos, particularly those in paradiso where the cantos get longer.
