Perfect app but the one flaw is that it never remembers my Ubisoft Connect. I have to log in every time I open the app which is super annoying. Now it's very difficult for my phone to maintain the same settings as at the time of the game's release (SE 2023). Please see what you could do about it. Im 100% maxed. I upgraded tier 1 and tier 0 upscaling them to tier 2. I don’t have to play anything anymore or I can just repeat elite mission for fun. It’s fine though I’m glad there isn’t a ceiling increase like destiny rising because it ruins the game. I have many members that don’t log in anymore but just as many players leave many do join. Expect lots of Spanish people and occasional Chinese. The game does break every update and season. Things that prevent progress or looting. Lots to explore and collect. Many things to destroy and shoot. However, one of the biggest headaches about this game is lack of a way to clear all the orange notifications at one time. The interface would benefit from being much simpler, and not packed with… stuff and numbers. I sometimes will log in for a few minutes, be overwhelmed by all of it, and not play. Broken. *2026-08-26, version 1.60224* Movement is extremely awkward and unnatural. Game is already broken at the 3rd mission—can’t load, kicks out. This was rushed and is still in beta (to be generous). Embarrassing, to say the least. UPDATE: Check the Reddit for this game. You will quickly realize how horrific this game has been developed. PvP is extremely unbalanced. Tasks are unable to be completed. Permanent notification dots that cannot be completed. Overload by PC/controller players that dominate PvP. Extremely long and boring grinding to get gear and materials. In short, the game is designed to quickly frustrate the user to entice (trick) the user into spending (a lot) of $$$ to make the game playable. You have been warned. UPDATE 2… Devs respond, suggesting that I contact customer service in-game after leaving a review stating that customer service is useless. Can’t make this up! And, devs just released an update that has constant crashes and network disconnects. smh UPDATE 3… The game is dead. No one is online. The few that are online are whales. Matchmaking doesn’t work. PvP is extremely imbalanced—but absolutely required to get certain rewards to build your character. Customer Support is only AI/bot responses. Programming is AI drivel (apparently, Ubisoft is getting hammered for this game and other games, due to very poor AI programming of the games). Great potential. Sadly, this is just more slop. Apple does nothing but promote garbage companies and games. Nothing is worthwhile anymore. UPDATE 4… Devs refuse to answer questions, Customer Service has turned into a one-way communication, as the devs were getting reamed with huge amounts of support/feedback requests for their utter failure to fix anything. Another major update to the game today (2026-08-21) and the expectation is that this will be yet another failure (like the last two updates). Devs like to hype “exotic” weapons, but players quick realize that the exotic weapons are inferior to the most basic (T0-level) weapons in the game. All of the heavy players have left the game after dumping large sums of money, then having the devs bait-and-switch rewards and nerf several core aspects of the game. With those “whales” gone, there is hardly anyone online. So many other issues (matchmaking, cheating, poor rewards, excessive grinding) are all being ignored. Many decently-skilled players and the few “whales” remaining are very upset that the devs have nearly stopped any further development for mobile, as the devs have turned their attention to a Steam port/version to try to generate cash flow. PS — Ubisoft is losing its shorts in the market. They are near bankruptcy and are trying to do all development via AI and foreign workers…and it shows. Be careful where you spend your $$$. You owe no loyalty to those who are not loyal or grateful in return. UPDATE 5… Devs replied for the first time—by using AI to pick out key words to auto-fill an auto-response. These people are not serious. They see their customers as cattle to harvest for $$$. DO NOT GIVE IN. ### 1/5 — Unbelievable customer support *2026-08-22, version 1.60224* Was consistently playing and looking past all the bugs since launch. Season 2 battlepass releases and bought it thinking it was a great deal. A day after season 2, devs patched the game and reduced the rewards by over 80% of the original. Players that paid to unlock all tiers of the battle pass kept the rewards pre-patch while others did not. When I asked in-game support about compensation or a rollback for THEIR “error” I was basically thanked for my question, told there would be no recourse besides disputing it with apple or my bank, that their system doesn’t allow for dispersal of compensation or rewards, and that they will take my insights under advisement for future content. Note that the game is (still!) plagued with bugs and non-functional UI since launch. Felt like a predatory gaming experience, can’t recommend to anyone. ### 1/5 — Awkward. In-game support takes months to reply, and when I posted a simple event bug on their official Discord, they banned me and kicked me from the server instead of helping. They are active 24/7 to delete comments and ban players who speak up, but completely incompetent when it comes to fixing game-breaking bugs. A truly pathetic dev team that silences its community.
