There are even free apps that do this its been time where im driving for almost 2 hours and get a phone call or screen turn off or anything that backs out of the app it will quit your whole drive and you have to start over. I have been getting emails from many different companies using the email address I used for this app. I emailed and asked where in the privacy policy or user agreement does it say we give them permission to do so, and they responded that they run other groups and they would look into the issue. I haven't received a follow up and I still get emails.
