I think it’s a nice pocket reference to keep you on track and remind you of the rules.  It would be nice if the weight entry allowed you to use pounds but it’s no big deal converting to kg. I would like it better if there was recognition that you are on week 2 or 3,etc. and that there was additional advise instead of repeating the same instructions despite the week.  But like I said, it’s like have notes in your pocket, a quick reference and a place to store your weight loss progress.

I started Dukan diet and need some advice for recipe and plan for a long term diet. 
All of them is metric and the report range is 0kg to whatever. So basically even though you lost weight, it never shows on the report graph. Everything is the same routine. On Monday is PP, on Tuesday is PV etc. nothing so special. Bette buying a book or E-book. I wish I can get refund with this useless app
