I even tried restarting my phone. Asked for a password reset, but never received a reply. Had my local Edge send me an e-mail to reset the password. That worked and I created a new password. When I went back to the app and entered my e-mail and password, I received an error message: “Sign-in failed. Please double check the email and password entered.” Absolutely frustrated! ### 1/5 — Poor updates *2024-12-07, version 7.161.0* Still haven’t fixed the apple wallet support. Not that complicated. There should a place to enter my targeted calories for the day and add it up. Even a water intake would be a good add. Workout videos do not mirror screen on TV.Makes it kinda to do a workout from the phone. Days that I work I workout from. I attempted password recovery - and I definitely used the correct email address. The email with my recovery password never came after more than 20 attempts. Perhaps I am the fool for thinking maybe this update will be the one that works. Update 8/27/23: after two app updates since my last review on 6/1 it still doesn’t work!!! Incredible! As of 6/1/23 I STILL can’t sign into the app! This app hasn’t worked since January after multiple updates! I feel like she’s an integral part of turning my health and ultimately my life around. I’m learning how to use machines I’ve never or like I’ve never used before. I love learning ways to strengthen different muscles areas. In addition I’m learning so much from the special classes that are available to me through the training program. The app reminds you by 10am daily of the daily tasks needed to complete. All you have to do is complete every task as suggested. I’ve done this for 6 months and it’s the best thing I’ve ever done to help benefit my daily life and keep me busy. I have had a blast with this app. The app also sets a guideline for daily diet goals you should reach. I also wish we could schedule a hydro massage from the app since my gym’s kiosk is often broken. Checking in for hydro using the app would be great too. Currently I can no longer share videos when chatting with my trainer. It used to work a few updates ago but now it crashes the app every time. Even with the newest updates. Please fix this soon.
