Highly disappointed with the Play Max subscription.
After a few months of usage, I cannot recommend this service to other parents. The shipping is incredibly unreliable, with toys consistently arriving 2–3 weeks past the app's estimated delivery date. Furthermore, the company frequently cancels orders without any communication or notification to the subscribers. To make matters worse, their customer service is entirely non-responsive; both their hotline and WhatsApp channels route to unhelpful bots, and my email support ticket has remained unaddressed for over three weeks. This has been a deeply frustrating and regretful investment.

Worst toy rental app I’ve ever used. I purchased the 1-year subscription, and it has been a complete waste of money. Every time I try to rent a toy, the one I want is unavailable. The app shows items, but when it’s time to place an order, nothing is actually available.

The biggest issue is the lack of inventory and poor availability. A subscription is pointless if customers can never rent the toys they need. This has been a very disappointing experience, and I regret purchasing the annual plan.

I would not recommend this app unless they significantly improve their inventory management and ensure toys are actually available when customers want to rent them.

I am extremely disappointed with both the products and the post-subscription service.

At the time of purchase, we were promised that the subscription could be cancelled within one month if we were not satisfied. However, after receiving the initial few products, we realized that the quality was extremely poor and far below what was promised.

Since then, the salesperson who sold us the subscription has completely ghosted us. Despite paying for a one-year subscription, we have been left with substandard, poorly maintained products and absolutely no customer support or point of contact.

I strongly advise others not to take this subscription. Based on my experience, the promises made during the sales process were not honored, and the after-sales service has been non-existent.

Beware before signing up.

I had a very disappointing experience with Elephant Toy Library.

After purchasing a subscription, the very first toy delivered to me was broken. I expected better quality checks, especially for a toy rental service.

The delivery time for replacement or subsequent toys is also extremely slow, often taking 10–12 days. The app does not provide clear updates or proper tracking, making it difficult to know the status of orders or requests.

The worst part has been the customer service. I raised a complaint and requested a refund, but I have received no response. Calling their customer support has been equally frustrating, as no one answers the phone. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, my refund has still not been processed.

Overall, the service has been unreliable, customer support has been unresponsive, and the refund process has been extremely poor. I would not recommend this subscription based on my experience.

They are pathetic. Tried their service . Once you take the subscription you are on your own. Takes ages to deliver any toy even in prime Mumbai location. Their terms and conditions are misleading and they do not even abide by own faqs. Even after mentioning in faqs cancellation is possible within 14 days they stop responding if you ask for cancellation. Their tone change and no one even care of your emails and calls. Believe me and avoid them at any cost. Contacting them and communicating them will take all your peace.

Very disappointing experience. I subscribed expecting timely delivery, but my order was never delivered on the promised date. I contacted customer support multiple times through emails, chats, and support tickets requesting cancellation of my subscription and a full refund.

Instead of resolving my issue, they repeatedly closed my support tickets without my consent. They even offered to extend my subscription by 8 days, even though I clearly stated that I no longer wanted the subscription and only wanted a refund.

The lack of customer service, failure to deliver as promised, and closing complaints without resolution is completely unacceptable. I have been forced to escalate the matter through consumer grievance channels.

I would not recommend this service to anyone until they improve their customer support and refund process.

Our very first purchase was not delivered on time, and there was zero transparency in communication throughout the process. There were no proactive updates, no proper tracking, and getting in touch with customer support was a nightmare.

We requested cancellation and a refund well within the advertised 30-day refund window. On a phone call, we were assured that the refund would be processed. However, when we asked for the same confirmation over email, they stopped responding altogether.

To make matters worse, they have still not refunded our money or cancelled our subscription, yet they have conveniently changed the toy delivery status in the app to “Returned.” This is completely misleading, especially when the refund remains pending and the subscription is still active.

The lack of transparency, poor customer service, and failure to honour their own refund policy make this one of the worst experiences I have had with any subscription service. I would strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing or subscribing.

The customer support service has been extremely disappointing. While subscription received four to five calls everyday from the customer support team. However, when I requested cancellation, no one responded to my emails or answered my calls.
