### 1/5 — Terrible

*2026-07-23, version 3.0*

Terrible putting a but ton of balls together and calling it a atom with a personality should be illegal

### 4/5 — Kinda boring without much to do…

*2025-02-22, version 3.0*

I like it but could you like add a “Free Play Mode” where you can mix elements and see what you got for example if you mix Hydrogen and two oxygen it gives you a water molecule. Also add a “Creative Mode” is where you can make a world with the elements. Lastly add a “Quiz Mode” where you have to create what it says on the screen.

### 5/5 — Ummm why are the following me

*2024-05-30, version 3.0*

I love it because funnily it follows my finger . BEST GAME!

### 3/5 — Valence electrons

*2013-03-08, version 2.1*

It would be nice if the elements had their valence electrons spinning around them

### 5/5 — Love it but could also use some flair

*2013-03-06, version 2.1*

Don't get me wrong, I LOVE this app.
However, I reckon you should add something fun to it.
:)

### 2/5 — Please update

*2013-02-05, version 2.1*

Please update to include animations of bonding processes, ie.: user inputs H2O and we get to see how the two H and bond with the O.

### 1/5 — Cute but pointless

*2013-02-03, version 2.1*

This app displays basic element info with a smiley faced blob-atom. That's it.

### 1/5 — Boring

*2013-01-20, version 2.1*

This is no help, whats so special about this? You should be able to zoom in and see the structure or mix elements. This is rubbish

### 4/5 — Update

*2013-01-13, version 2.1*

Make an update so there can be multiple atoms on the screen

### 1/5 — Electrons need work

*2013-01-09, version 2.1*

Confusing on electrons, teach the subject in middle school and this would cause problems. Misconceptions in science is one of my greatest challenges in the classroom, this would make matters worse. Fix electrons and the app would be greatly improved.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 3.0 — 2019-10-04

Completely rebuilt with smoother animations and sound effects. More importantly, we've updated with all the new elements found in the last few years – from Nihonium to Oganesson!

Also includes information about electron configurations, melting and boiling point and density of each of the elements.

On top of all that, electrons are now visually grouped in their proper orbits (up to around 40 electrons, it gets hard to follow with more than that!).

### 2.1 — 2010-12-11

Fully iOS 4.2 compatible

Completely redesigned and more fun to play with.

### 1.0 — 2010-07-30

No release notes.
