### 3/5 — Good information. Lousy table.

*2025-04-09, version 3.1.3*

The information under each element is very good and presented in a very interesting way. However the main periodic table is too busy and hard to read. The tiny thumbnail pics are pretty useless at that scale and the element numbers are very difficult to see. Would be better if the main table was more traditional while keeping the rest of the detailed info on the first drill down menu.

### 4/5 — Request for the latest version!

*2023-10-14*

Please upgrade the app for iPhone 14 pro and so on. I will look forward.

### 5/5 — I heart the elements

*2023-06-18, version 3.1.3*

I love premier inn and the Weymouth seafront site brings the elements to lift

### 5/5 — good app but change something

*2023-04-17, version 3.1.3*

in the chinese language, the last 6 elemtns arent in chinese so heres how they look like:
Nihonium:鉨
Flerovium:鈇
Moscovium:镆
Livermorium:鉝
Tennessine:石田
Oganesson:

### 5/5 — LOVE The Japanese Version of "The Song" 👏😀

*2023-02-28, version 3.1.3*

As well as being a FANTASTIC GRAPHICAL AND TEXTUAL information resource for the Periodic Table, I have to admit that I will sometimes just run the App to hear the Japanese Version of the "Element Song"!

Plus, don't forget their Molecules app as well! Having SCIENCE with a SENSE OF HUMOR is GREAT, as well as being VERY WELL DONE!

Scientists, TAKE NOTE!

### 5/5 — The best App in my iPad.

*2023-01-28*

Indeed, first iPad I bought was because this exclusive Apple Store App. I teached my children for years. The app is fantastic! The only thing I miss is little 3D extra vídeos for each element that I interacted in the app old versions. It is possible to rollback this feature? I love the way everything is explained about the features of the elements. It is very easy to understand the importance and applications for the material exposed. I’m glad for this great work. This app is a peace of art in cience!

### 5/5 — Flerovium pollution.

*2023-01-03, version 3.1.3*

This is really amazing, this is the book but better, but I noticed a bug(I think). It says that the oceans are 0.00044% Flerovium, and this is more abundant than calcium, which is kind o common in shells. Also I’m pretty sure only a few atoms, maybe 80, have been made. Please fix this.

### 5/5 — Please update ui

*2022-09-30, version 3.1.3*

Beautiful but so old

### 5/5 — Amazing

*2022-02-15, version 3.1.3*

This has got to be one of the most brilliant educational apps for the iPad. Even if you think you aren’t into chemistry or physics, the pictures and stories make this VERY worthwhile. Check it out!!

### 5/5 — So good I had to buy it twice!

*2022-01-23, version 3.1.3*

As an early adopter I bought this app to show off the potential of my new iPad, the one without a camera. Storage was an issue as has been pointed out this isn’t a small app and used up a chunk of the limited storage so at some point I uninstalled it. This was before the current App Store when apps were controlled through iTunes.
Eventually I bought an iPhone but was unable to reinstall the app as any reference to my purchase has disappeared. I love the app. but having to pay twice was disappointing.

### 5/5 — One of the best apps of all time

*2021-11-10*

But mysteriously this app lost support by its maker and is made compatible with current devices. Most users would not hesitate to pay the price for an update instead of switching to one of the working but less attractive alternatives.

### 5/5 — I love it

*2021-11-07, version 3.1.3*

It is pretty good apps! Lovely sample of the Elements but It should be translate in other languages!

### 1/5 — Disappointing

*2025-12-13, version 3.1.3*

I have now bought this App twice. My first purchase stopped working a long time ago, around the time of IOS 11, and there was no free upgrade option for existing users.
Now, on the iPhone, it is not as good as I remembered as it only works in landscape. Also, there is an annoying Wolfram Alpha link on every page which of course is there to try and sell you Pro mode! There is no option to remove this unwanted ‘feature’. and it takes up way to much space. For the price, this is very disappointing, I won’t be purchasing it again!

### 1/5 — USA USA

*2025-01-08, version 3.1.3*

I love the app, but why it insists in measuring everything in imperial units is beyond me. The scientific World has been clear about using metric for years. Belligerence to ounces, miles and tons makes you look dumb.

！！退款！！退款！！退款！！

### 1/5 — 118

*2020-11-19, version 3.1.1*

There are 118 elements on the periodic table. I can only view 103.

### 1/5 — Silly size

*2019-03-25, version 3.1.1*

1.7 GB app? That is crazy. I own it but will never download it because 1.7 GB :-(

*2018-06-12*

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Love this app

*2025-04-02, version 3.1.3*

I didn't care for Chemistry when I was in high school and later at M.I.T. untill I ran into this app. It is the best introduction to the elements and I put it on my educational website of best educational apps for the iPad and smart phones and tablets. Runs on my Mac too.

### 5/5 — The Elements

You know what you can get for free
On your own website or whatever it says
You have a good idea about what you’re doing

### 5/5 — Good review

*2024-11-13, version 3.1.3*

This app is very fun. It shows stuff about every element, and it’s just like the book. Except you can make the stuff spin. But what I like about it is that it’s only $9.99 (that’s not expensive). I was thinking of getting it four star review but I think five should be better. There’s a reason why most people give it a five star review. I wanted to give it a four star review because some of the stuff from the book are not in here. But grabs my attention most of all is that it says that seaborgium (106) is the first element to be named after a person that was still alive. but this is not true. Einsteinium (99) was created in 1952. And Albert Einstein (born 1879)died in 1955. If it is true that element 106 is the first element to be named after someone that was still alive, then Einstein must have been named Einstein after Einstein died (same with fermium). This is my very first review.

### 5/5 — Wonderful

*2024-08-16, version 3.1.3*

If, like me, you endured, rather than enjoyed, High School chemistry, you need this app. It's authoritative, concise, and incredibly beautiful. The knowledge it contains is as essential to understanding what we see around us as literacy. Worlds open.

*2024-07-20*

### 5/5 — 🥰
