## What is The Emotion App?

The Emotion App is a simple, secure, and customizable app that you can use to track your moods, note down your coping skills, and view positive affirmations to help with your mental health. 

All of your data is encrypted locally on your device.

You can easily enable password protection for the app so if your phone is stolen people can't see what you've been writing. 

The app shows useful graphs that show a representation of how you've been feeling.  

Your data is yours. We do not collect any of your data unless you explicitly opt into sharing it with us. Once your data is shared it is completely anonymized. 

You can easily export your data so that you can share it with your therapist, physician, or other member of your care team. 

Premium color schemes can be unlocked. 30 percent of proceeds will be donated to NAMI an organization dedicated to helping people improve with their mental health.
