The visuals are amazing and game play is fun. I would have given 5 stars if the game had hints to help pass the harder levels. It’s frustrating to spend hours and hours on a single level. I will play the game and get frustrated on a level and then not want to play for a few days. But, here’s the thing, when I press the buy button, it won’t let me buy it. Please fix this as soon as you can. I don’t mind that part because it’s a good game. I just wish there was some way to skip levels that you struggle with. I wasted so much time over the past two days just trying to beat two different levels. Both in the gear area. If there were some way to see both sides at the same time then it wouldn’t be so bad but at this rate it’s like trying to do a puzzle blindfolded. I’m bummed because I want to continue playing but I’m stuck. No ads, just a demo and a reasonable price for the full game. The one mechanic in the game is sliding tiles, but it is used in so many different ways. This is definitely worth your time. ### 3/5 — Okay until… *2024-08-24* Had an issue where I had finished a level and when I restarted again later, it went back to that same level and did not save my progress. Otherwise everything has worked fine. The farther you go in the game, the less sense the logic of the puzzles make. For instance with the gears and path to move the robot, you can connect the gears, or make a path, but the logic of how to get the rails to activate is not easy to figure out. Some explanation as to how the puzzles work would help. ### 4/5 — Fun thinker! *2024-08-13* Fun game, challenging without being maddening, really enjoyed it until I hit a level that I don’t believe can be beat! It’s glitchy in this level and the lily pads open when they feel like it, not when they are supposed to 😂 Had my son buy it also and waited for him to get to that level. Update: developer wrote all should be working properly but after deleting and reinstalling, game still does not work in airplane mode. It asks to restore purchase-which you can’t in airplane mode. Nice game but not worth it if you can’t play in airplane mode- it’s intended purpose for us. 2nd update due to developer response: I have already deleted it twice and restored purchase TWICE! The results are still the same. When in airplane mode, the game will not work and it will ask to restore purchase. This game can only work on wifi or carrier data. **Developer response:** Hi, thank you for the review. Once I finally purchased my iPad I downloaded this game first. I played well, past the first few levels. It was great. I recently repurchased arcade access to find I can only go to level 3 and then I’d have to pay to play. Not a fan. It was a nice puzzle game. Had no idea what I was supposed to be doing or the point behind it. At first all I was doing was sliding parts of the landscape to make a walking trail to proceed but then I got to tree branches and they led to nowhere. I just kept rearranging them and nothing was happening. I assumed you had to get them lined up a certain way, but no matter what I tried, I couldn’t do it. You know those sliding tile puzzles where there’s usually an empty square and you’re trying to rearrange them to make a shape? It looks good but the game doesn’t save progress. I have to start over again and again within a world not completed in its entirety. I got sick of it pretty quickly. The “puzzles” are repetitive and I got bored quickly. For those who enjoy indie puzzle games with a little magical twist, this is the perfect game for you. This is a mobile game done right. The music, atmosphere, subtle lore and mystery is just perfect. I wish I heard of this game sooner but most mobile ads we see nowadays are just money grab, low effort, brain rot. This is not that and I hope to see more additions or for it to release on Steam. I’m only a couple puzzles into the game but my boyfriend and I love figuring them out together. As described, the music, graphics, and difficulty are all on point. I also appreciate that you get an unlimited amount of tries.
