Spend a fortune on a subscription but the current edition won’t load and it always tries to make me pay for back copies.  I have to contact app support all the time and sometimes it resolves and sometimes it doesn’t.  Am getting fed up and will cancel my subscription.

I have an annual subscription but should buy or subscribe again. „Restore purchases“ makes no difference. Support doesn‘t help.
Does not work on iPad, iPhone and MacBook Pro. 

Years ago a former version had no problems.

Very unhappy that I can’t view the last two editions. Restore doesn’t work. Refresh doesn’t work. Message sometimes says internal issue.

I paid for a full years subscription via this app but I can’t access any issues. I used their “contact us” form to let them know I was having trouble and got an auto-reply to say they’d answer within 24h which they never did. Hopeless! Don’t bother trying to subscribe via the app - it’s not worth the hassle.

I have been trying well over a MONTH trying to get this app to download the single issue I purchased!  I have deleted the app, reinstalled it, re-purchased the issue. It just freezes every time. I want my money back for the issue I bought that I can't view! Why would I subscribe for a full subscription when I can't even download a single issue. Fix it!

I purchased a 1 year subscription and they only provided 8 of 12 months.  I repeatedly submitted trouble reports through Apazine with no responses.  I tried to restore purchases with no success.  Current status of sub states no longer available.  Essentially they stole my money and I have no recourse.  Avoid.

After receiving downloads of 8 issues, the 9th issue asked me to purchase it or subscribe. No explanation and no help in solving problem.
