We have this given to us by our company and it doesn’t work. No number to contact the customer service . When we click it the offer we intend to use , it doesn’t give us the voucher. Some says it takes longer to download but for my experience it doesn’t work at all. I contacted customer support via email and no response .

I write three emails now to the entertainer and all I’m getting is the same email reply over and over!why doesn’t someone pick up the phone to understand the issue!
