I’ve decided not to spend the $10 dollars on the app as the developers do not support or answer people’s complaints. Wrote to the support days ago still no answer. This is the SECOND year in a row that after paying the renewal fee, I can’t log in!! I am 60 years old and am fully knowledgeable (and particular) such matters. No, neither my email nor password is incorrect. (Yes, I uninstalled & re-installed the app.) After two or so months, and only one automated email response, I gave up!! A few months later I redownloaded the app and tried to log in again and it worked. However, I paid for a full year of use only got 9 months. So it’s now renewal time again here I am with the same problem - they have my renewal fee, and I have no access to their app! I lost my phone and got a new one and now I need to pay to be able to use it. I am disappointed that I cannot just get a life membership for a good price. Instead I need to pay every year. I have also bought around 3 editions of the Essential life books too, which shows I am a long life user. I paid in full originally for this app which was great back then, now when subscription started, a group of us were told that we could have lifetime access because we paid in full for the app to $10. Paid for subscription yearly and this year they cancelled my subscription after i pd for it renewal date and i cant retrieve it, email and password seem to be compromised and yet to get refund. Emails from them seem suspicious. Each time i complained and demanded refund will not pay again for it not to work or have a direct contact to discuss and emails disappear after they asked for specifics about email password and bank info. i was uncomfortable answering. Now that we also have the AI up in the right hand corner to chat with, it’s even more amazing! I love asking it for additional suggestions after telling it what I have thought of so far. It has helped with so many questions- whether I or my family have pain, sickness, injury, even post op! It is so empowering to have a tool to help me know what my family needs.
