Set Life goals, Projects, To-Do’s, Daily Routines and Quick Notes. The Essential is a proven simple application where you can quickly and easily set your business and personal long term and short term goals in. First you start by setting your projects and life goals in the system. After that you divide each of them into to-do’s which have to be done to achieve the goal or project. Each Goal, task and to-do you will give deadlines to so you can easily work accordingly. Projects and Todo First you start by setting your projects in the system. After that you divide each of them into to-do’s which has to be done by you to achieve the project. Each project and to-do you will give deadlines to so you can easily work accordingly. You can assign / share your Todo with any registered user. You can view the progress once there is any update from anyone. Life Goals Here you set your long term life goals with a deadline in it when this should be achieved. This could be personal or business goals. Notes Here you can take quick notes and later you can change / convert it to your Goal, Project or Todo. You can mark notes as Completed once it’s done. Daily Routine Here you set your routines in and keep track of them each time you do them. In the list completed daily routines you can see the history of each time you did it. The option to enter not just goals and to-dos but the daily routine section is a fabulous idea. There are so many things that we want to try to do each day to form good habits that aren’t technically a to-do. That being said, the problem with this app is some sort of bug/lag that ruins it completely. I honestly don’t even know how to explain it. I’d try to make a goal or input anything really and after I’d type all the details and what not and hit submit nothing would happen, I’d try again and again and nothing. If I backed out then it wouldn’t show up at all. However, if I closed the app and reopen it then everything I attempted would appear and I’d have like 30 of the same goal. And this is how it was with everything I tried to do. If I wanted to edit an existing thing I’d click to open it and it would be blank as if I was making a new one, and if I got something finally to update and then I’d click on a new one to change it, it would just open the one I already changed. I put up with it for a day because I wanted it to get better, but today everything I sat as medium or low priority is all showing freaking and ain’t no way I have the patience to update them all since that will take like a flipping hour to get each one to load properly....
