This banking app is a guaranteed way to make you want to scream! Non stop password change and verifying it’s you is like a nagging tooth. Good luck I have two other banks I deal with and never as much trouble just to log in and view my accounts.
Make no mistake I looove the bank, it’s sad the app doesn’t reflect that bank

Too many password resets, and you can’t use a password you’ve used previously. So you’re constantly making up new passwords

I have two other banks I deal with and never as much trouble just to log in and view my accounts.

Using an iPad Pro, I attempted to sign in several times.  The screen would freeze, when entering UserID or password.  On the fifth attempt, I was able to enter my credentials; however, the app said “loading” for 15 minutes and did nothing.  Don’t waste your time with the app.  Sign on using your web browser.

The app is very user friendly and makes banking a lot more convenient. Mobile deposit and bill pay saves me so much time!

I find that it is so easy to use. I love the fact that I can check my balance or do a mobile deposit without having to leave the comfort of my home!

Once I figured out how to get around it it’s very helpful. You can only change your username on a computer but other than that i use it almost daily
