I used this multiple times a day and as of a few days ago won’t open. I deleted it, reinstalled it, restarted my phone, deleted app again, reinstalled again and still nothing. Please please please fix. I’ve never had any issues with this app that I’ve used since 2016 until just a few days ago. Please fix the issue

Fix your online website and mobile app. Nothing loads. Error messages pop up. Saying do you have the latest update version. It has not had an updated version in 4 months.

The app won’t let me access without saying there’s no connectivity tray again or try later which I have unlimited data with 5g, I have deleted the app re download it and still the same, turned off my phone and on and same thing and now the app won’t load still stuck on the cover

I can never get logged in to do my online banking. Very aggravating. Have to call all the time to reset my pin. Quit with all the security questions please.

I can't get app to open. Every time I try to log in it just keeps asking for security questions and their ones that I've never even answered before!

The gray logo in the background made it impossible to read security questions. I couldn't tell if question was about maternal or paternal side of family. After 20 minutes of answering security questions, I gave up.

After making sure update is correct and entering correct information (login,questions, & password--- for our security!!!) it works great! Very smooth!!
