My first time booking an appointment with a Doctor in this app. it’s a morning online appointment that was accepted. I paid in advance but no link sent, the doctor did not call me 1 waited for an hour. I want my money refunded.

**Developer response:** Hi, we apologize for the inconvenience.  Sometimes you have to check your junk email in case a legitimate email was redirected to that mailbox.  Kindly send us an email at we.care@ppd.ph so we can arrange refund or your money at the soonest time.  Thank you.
