Paid for it yet can’t login. Now nothing works making the entire app, useless. ### 1/5 — Poor business practices *2025-11-15* Ongoing subscription issues with this app have made it worthless. Have had to contact app manager multiple times for interruptions in service each month. Temporary fix then problem recurs at the beginning of the next month. Takes several weeks to resolve each time. I enjoy listening to the FDNY and this app makes it easier to keep tabs on what’s going on since I can scan all the fire boroughs. The alerts may be slightly delayed and there was one all hands under control that never made it on the alerts today but that’s a very minor detail. Over all it’s very nice. But the feed selection will not let you select Chicago. Also notice every other review is more then 3 yrs old. Dead app?
