### 5/5 — The progression system I always wanted from a running app.

I’m a stat nerd and an optimizer. The First Mile tracks so many things and does all the hard work for me, so I can focus on my running.
My favorite part is the PR tab as it surfaces my best work across every workout. A close second is average mileage per week over varying periods, so I can make sure I’m always leveling up.
Pretty sweet interface, minimalist feel, no stupid popups. Honest data, clear rules, no upsell. Five stars.
