This is a terrible app.  Constantly crashes and regularly makes you re-enter your credentials and it will tell you that you entered them wrong.  Listen I know my personal information better than this stupid app does but it will tell you that you entered the wrong info.  You constantly have to delete the app and reinstall it to fix this issue.

App hangs and closes itself frequently. TouchID will randomly stop working. They had my security credentials wrong and locked me out of my account. Called the bank and they couldn’t do anything to reset my password or security because it was in the app! Told me to wait 4 hours and try again. Meanwhile I know my credentials STILL will not work 4 hours later. Not kidding! And don’t ever make a mobile deposit at straight up 6PM. Bank showed 6:01PM on their end and wouldn’t even make it right when I sent my screen capture showing deposit accepted with 6:00PM right above the notification. Apparently the inferior app doesn’t time stamp the deposit so they go by what time the transaction actually makes it into their system from the app.

The last update does not let me sign in with Face ID. It does Face ID but still makes you enter all your info.

I’ve used this app for about 2 years now.  It has great content but the app has always, always, always been unstable. Rarely have I had it work twice in a row. The latest version has issues with facial ID and that’s the best feature. It verifies your ID but doesn’t log you in. It would be nice if they’d get it right for once.

Latest update no longer lets me sign in with Face ID, will accept my face with Apple checkmark 
 and keeps me on the sign in screen .
