It never works. It stops working at the most inconvenient times, and forces me to call the bank frequently because I can’t get in. The WORST is when it doesn’t work when the bank is closed… then I have no access to my money. This is written from someone who is currently locked out of their account, and the bank is closed. I’m so over it. ### 1/5 — Never works without WiFi connection *2021-03-09* I can never get the app to work without a wifi connection it’s ridiculous. You may be thinking to yourself “what an idiot just turn on cellular data for the app” but ohohohh you’d be wrong. It is on. I even restart my phone and disconnect from cellular to see if I can get it to work. It never loads in and is always stuck on the initial “first National bank” screen. I can’t tell you how frustrating it is as someone with multiple accounts that needs to move money around frequently. Super irritating. ### 1/5 — Can’t access since update *2018-09-24* I like the changes I see online, but since they updated the app, I cannot log in to the app. I can log in online, so I know it’s not me. ### 1/5 — No Longer Works *2015-09-15* App no longer opens after the update. Pretty much worthless until fixed. Not happy at all. ### 2/5 — Works When Wants To *2022-03-02* I have to reset my password at least once a month because the app won’t take my password that is correct. I’ve called and talked to someone at the bank and they have verified that my password I am entering is correct and I am not locked out because of password attempts. I don’t use direct deposit so it is majorly inconvenient when the app does not work. ### 2/5 — Mobile App *2019-09-23* App is slow and errors out often. Needs to fixed/updated ### 3/5 — Love this bank, app has problems *2018-12-14, version 18.2.70* I really love this bank and this app makes checking and managing my balance easy, when it works. I have family that bank here and they say their app quits working every now and then and they can’t get it to work for a little bit. I haven’t been able to use it for a week, whenever I put my password in the app tells me “please enter a valid password”. I know the password I’m entering is correct but it doesn’t let me in. At first I thought I was locked out but the same password worked online just fine. I love being able to deposit checks and whatnot from my iPhone but the app doesn’t work sometimes. This young lady named Bri deserves five gold stars🥇and an atta girl.
