## What is The Floor?

You don’t have to solve everything at once.

The Floor helps you pause, untangle a situation, and find one next step you can choose. From Be A Decisive Leader, it brings a simple reflection process to everyday moments of uncertainty.

ONE QUESTION AT A TIME
Describe what is happening, separate what you know from what you are worried it means, and consider what you can choose right now.

FIND YOUR FLOOR
Explore what is responsive to your choices, what you can influence, and what is immovable for now. Focus your attention where it can help.

GO AT YOUR OWN PACE
Use the free self-guided experience without registering. Save reflections on your device, reopen and edit them, or start a new reflection when you need another look.

OPTIONAL ARTY GUIDANCE
Eligible guests can try one free Arty AI-assisted session. Additional Arty sessions are available through optional in-app session packs or subscriptions. Before sending, the app asks permission to share the relevant text with OpenAI. Self-guided reflection remains free.

YOUR REFLECTIONS, YOUR CHOICE
Delete your reflection data while keeping your account and remaining purchased sessions, or use account deletion in Account settings.

The Floor is a reflection tool. It does not provide emergency support or replace medical, legal, financial, or mental-health professionals.
