It takes way too many strips. Let me login and order. The announcements are annoying and having to press for it is ridiculous. Make it happen I can give you the number of clicks I want to take to get to my category in less than a half hour thanks. ### 2/5 — No Menu to Shop - *2024-02-11, version 2.0.457* The FlowerShopAz comes back to a parked domain with Go Daddy. ### 2/5 — Not very user friendly *2023-09-24* There’s no option to go directly to your cart, shop makes you log in even though your supposedly logged in on the app. You have to respect your location if you leave the shop, even if you don’t leave the app. Linking your account to pay is a freaking nightmare. It’s like someone consciously decided to make everything 4-5 clicks instead of 1-2. You guys have two locations in Utah that I shop from, as that’s where I’m located. After this latest update, I no longer seem to be able to find the menu for your Utah locations. The option for them is completely gone. It’s even gone when simply going to your website. The only way to reach the Utah menus now is through the direct URL on Google. I’m hoping this is something that will be fixed, but I’m not sure? ### 4/5 — TFS Mesa *2023-01-06* Good location, horrible parking, hours open is the best thing about it However. If you are going in the evening be prepared to wait. Lines are long and I’ve been turned away more then once after waiting for 30 plus mins because they are closing. Budtenders seem to not care if there is a line and will chat up the clients regardless of a long wait or not. Very frustrating I do online ordering now to avoid that Good deals on concentrates and edibles flower is pricey. I recommend going elsewhere ### 1/5 — Worst app ever *2026-08-02* For starters i can open the app and click pickup/location but every time i click proceed, it just resets the page over and over and over again. If on the off chance you do get into the app and are able to browse the options, as your scrolling the app will think your clicking on one of the items and take you to that page. It’s very very very Sensitive. The store, the worker, and the quality is good. The app? Awful. Stick to the online browser. It’s not worth he blood pressure. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t Work *2026-05-11* It took me several tries to even login, and when I managed to do so, the app was still awful. I’ll just call on the phone as this app actively makes the buying process more difficult than calling. Make an app that works. ### 1/5 — terrible app *2024-10-26* i’ve been using this app for a while and i’m finally tapped out. it’s ALWAYS been a struggle it’s extremely glitchy and i spend way too much time trying to place an order. It’s been about two months since the deal section has worked and i shop off of that. I can’t even see what the daily deals are. i used to be a regular at this location but i prefer pick up orders and i keep checking back and the app still doesn’t work so i’ve been going to health for life.
