## What is The Focal App?

Our simple check-in check-out system allows you to enter into a session that blocks all unessential and distracting apps. Our system is designed to collect minimal data and ensure user privacy. 

To start, you sign up via email, and then enter in your Group ID. Next, select your specific sub-group, and you are in! To check-in, you simply tap our logo, and scan our Focal device, which begins an app blocking session. When you want to exit the session, simply tap our logo again in-app, scan our Focal device, and all apps are unblocked! Throughout this process, we have a subscriber facing dashboard that tracks the activity status of all users checked in or out of the app blocking session. This allows for visibility within the group of who is checked in at what time temporarily.
