Buy £10 credit and get £10 free. Amazing. Nice food and beer options. Dog friendly. Nice staff. A good mix of all ages of people mean you feel comfortable whatever your number! My only suggestion for an improvement with the food would be to offer chips as well as wedges. If you don’t do this, fear not, I’m coming in anyway. N I love font ! ❤️ ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Overly complicated & fails often. *2024-03-23, version 10.9.1* There’s no way this overall rating is genuine. The app has a payment system that’s plain stupid. You pay using app credit but then have to pay seperate for discretionary service charge which can’t be removed so it’s compulsory and then an app fee. And what service are we paying for? Your staff don’t have to take the order, that’s half the work gone and you walk a tray of drinks 5 yards - how does that merit £3 and 25p for using the app to do half the work of the ordering? You have the option to use Apple Pay but that doesn’t work so you pay by card but then it freezes. Then you have to order at the bar while the app times out and cancels your failed order. It’s taken five minutes and a trip to the bar to get an order. If it did work you order from your table number, which if you have to go to the bar is a different table number. Obviously the developer didn’t has never been to a bar and seen how it works on other apps. The staff acknowledge that the app is poor, so how have you gotten a 4.6 rating? I can only assume a previous version actually worked. I’ve had girlfriends that were less complicated than your app. ### 3/5 — Fair, but pay per use is taking the biscuit. *2024-03-01, version 10.9.1* App is OK, it’s nothing special. It’s mere advertising for the proprietor and has a credit wallet which is monetised at 25p a transaction which is ridiculous.ade worse by the app is buggy and when it fails the staff roll their eyes and aren’t interested. Seemingly, it’s nothing new for them. You should not be charging the customer to automate the staffs work and do so with poor tech. ### 4/5 — User friendly and great rewards! *2024-03-28, version 10.9.1* Having the Font App really helps in enabling us to get out - with or without the kids. The credit is really good value and it’s an easy app to use. Sometimes the app stops working when I go to pay but the staff know this can happen and are patient.
