## What is The Forge Dice?

Turn your workouts into a game. Roll the dice. Train with purpose.

THE FORGE is a dice-powered workout trainer that removes decision fatigue and keeps every session fresh. Load your dice, roll, and let the game drive your training — no planning, no overthinking, just movement.

HOW IT WORKS
Build custom dice loaded with exercises, durations, reps, and rest times. Group them into Pouches — curated workout combos like HIIT Foundation, Bodyweight Basics, or Flow and Recovery. Hit Roll and your next set is decided. Start the timer and move.

FEATURES
- Custom Dice Builder — Create dice with your own exercises, reps and durations
- Workout Pouches — Save and load dice combinations for different training styles
- Built-in Workout Timer — Tracks idle, move and rest time automatically
- Workout History and Roll Log — Review every session and every roll
- Plan your workout schedule — Set your Pouches as training targets for the days, weeks or months.
- XP, Levels and Achievements — Earn rewards and track streaks as you train
- Training Focus Profiles — Set goals like Muscle Gain, Fat Loss or Mobility
- Themes and Customisation — Colour themes, dice faces, glow effects and sounds
- Daily Reminders — Keep your streak alive with customisable notifications

Forge your body. Sharpen your mind. Embrace the process.
