The Foundry Studio

A reimagined space for transformation—where movement shapes balance, beauty, and strength. Located in the historic Paris Fair building in downtown Hood River, The Foundry blends modern wellness with timeless character and a deep sense of community.
 
Founded by three women—mothers, movers, and community builders—our studio is rooted in the belief that true strength is crafted from within, through intentional movement, mindful practice, and authentic connection.

We offer personalized instruction and small group classes including Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, and Yoga Sculpt—each designed to challenge the body while honoring individual needs. Every class is guided with care and expertise to support all levels, whether you’re brand new to movement or an experienced practitioner.

To complement your practice, we also offer two private Sunlighten infrared saunas—perfect for recovery, restoration, or simply taking time for yourself. Our saunas feature seven therapeutic settings: Cardio, Detoxification, Pain Relief, Relaxation, Weight Loss, Anti-Aging, and Custom.

Whether you’re stepping in for the first time or deepening your practice, The Foundry is your space to move, grow, and transform.
