I love that this app has the evidence to back why to do and not to do certain things. I also like that you can actually have a customizable workout plans. Very nice layout and fast response time .

Definitely will keep this in my arsenal.

Not sure how this idea wasn’t presented to the world before. A social media concept capable of sharing, reposting, and directly sending workouts to friends and followers. Incredible idea and awesome app, and it’s still improving. I have gotten almost all of my army buddies on board and they’re extremely excited about it.
