### 5/5 — Fun

*2025-03-03*

It’s nice to just pay once, no in app purchase like everything nowadays. The activity is short but I really enjoyed the stereoscopic simulations

### 5/5 — Amazing work

*2024-10-21*

This is an amazing app like no others. Explaining heavy science in a fun and very clear experience is truly impressive

### 5/5 — mind bending

*2024-08-05, version 1.14*

blow your mind!

### 5/5 — Four d

*2023-09-12, version 1.13*

After working through this fascinating (mind boggling) exercise I need to go and lie down. Fabulous (in more ways than 1).

### 5/5 — A wild ride! Loved it. My brain loved it. And the devs humour is great.

*2023-08-09, version 1.13*

Loved it

### 5/5 — What makes sense?

*2023-07-19, version 1.13*

A line needs 3D to exist. Therefore the demos are useless in explaining what they are trying to explain as they always have to use a 3D line
to make drawings. Wish someone would explain that……

### 5/5 — Sweet!

*2023-04-10, version 1.13*

Now I understand why Dali painted the hypercube the way he did. I had a poster print of that painting on my wall 45 years ago, but wound up studying language instead of math. I’m still a math geek in my spare time, but for some reason I’d never gotten around to trying to manipulate a hypercube in 3 dimensions.

I would say my education is complete, but it never will be, of course. But thanks for filling in this part—I’ll be seeing how many odd 3-D shadows I can make from this. And wondering about representing five dimensions in three. Since, after all, this 3-D tesseract is only really projected onto my 2-D iPad screen, so both the third and fourth dimensions are illusions of perspective.

### 5/5 — Masterpiece! Buy It

*2023-03-27, version 1.13*

This is a Masterpiece period. Let me explain why.

First… I’m an idiot, so with that out of the way. Let me explain how this is perfect for the idiot.

This elegantly put together app, mixes interaction with text in a non cluttered way. A wonderful neat small package where the text & graphics “are not fighting” for screen real estate…

and because of this master design from their design team, we the user benefit from:

• easy to interact with UI
• instant retention of knowledge presented
• smooth user experience = UX meaning click this, to do that
• mini sentence structure, means instant processing of knowledge

This brilliant & sympathetic design team of this app… MADE SURE,

there are no more than four sentences on the screen at any given time. (using iPad Pro 12.9)

so basically small bite size “super digestible” chunks, not a wall of text assaulting your visuals. All graphics are interactive, you can rotate.. etc.

I hope this studio makes more of these higher topics or even basic physics topics presented in this same style. I WILL BUY EVERYTHING this studio puts out, if this bar they set in quality, remains the same.

This studio has just become one of my favorite studios.

For any ux and ui designers or sci fi story writers, or sci fi game designers. You need to buy this.

For the story writers the concepts are as perfect as we can get to demonstrating such complex material.

For UI & UX designers… this app is a MASTERCLASS in design. Study it!

Everyone else, stop reading and go buy already!

DEVS & DESIGN TEAM:
Please.. give me more. I have money for you.

### 5/5 — I’m shocked how much this made sense to me!

*2023-03-17, version 1.13*

First off, I’ve no idea how long ago I downloaded this app, I’m belatedly having a clear out of old apps on my iPad, and had a look at this one because I had no memory of what it was.

I just watched the whole thing for the first time, and am blown away by how much the explanation made sense to me. Not just because it was so clearly and cleverly explained using words and visuals, with exactly the right balance of interaction by me, the user, although all of those things are true.

But because I have dyscalculia, and struggle to do even basic maths, and although I loved the ideas in physics at school, (and am still fascinated by theoretical maths and physics*) I didn’t and don’t understand any of it at all. In addition, anything to do with visualising data I find extremely difficult and frustrating.

So when I say I’m shocked at how much this made sense to me, I really mean it! I wish you’d been my teacher at school, all those years ago. *my brother is a maths geek so I get to hear about the wacky theories without understanding them. A blessing and a curse.
 ————————————————————

Do that thing about time being relative to speed next! Or whatever it is. Time travel, I really want to understand the theoretical concepts of time travel. I’ve tried so many times to understand basic concepts of speed, but get completely confused by anything relative.

I’m the person who just can’t accept that if you throw a ball into the air when you’re in a moving train the ball stays where it is relative to the train. I’ve read explanations of this so many times and it just makes no sense to me. It’s like watching a magic trick.

### 5/5 — Fascinating

*2023-02-25, version 1.13*

I’m not sure I understand this, but the ability to manipulate the image got me a bit closer to understanding.I am going to keep the app and refer back to it as I read more about the concept. Thank you for creating this app!

### 5/5 — Awesome

*2023-01-09, version 1.13*

So cool 😎

### 5/5 — Hochinteressant

*2022-12-10*

Wirklich gut erklärt und demonstriert.

### 5/5 — Fantastic

*2022-07-09, version 1.12.1*

This is absolutely brilliant. I’d love to see it with AR enabled too

### 5/5 — I want to interactively unfold a tesseract

*2022-02-23, version 1.12.1*

How do you peel off its volumes the same way one would the surface area of a regular 3-space cube?

### 5/5 — Wow

*2022-01-09, version 1.12.1*

Well done - most enjoyable - would love to see the mathematical solutions to the graphic projections through the book sequences

*2021-12-29*

### 5/5 — Tesseract

*2021-12-12, version 1.12.1*

The best , most thorough exposition of the forth dimension that I have ever seen!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Minable arnaque

*2024-08-17*

### 1/5 — Rip Off

*2021-06-30, version 1.11*

App only includes a tesseract! Use Wikipedia to explore 4D shapes - so much better than this app! I wish I could get my money back.

### 1/5 — I want my money back

*2019-02-08*

It’s not what I wanted

### 1/5 — Geldverschwendung

*2018-08-05*

Nicht zahlen , so ein Mist.

### 1/5 — Pas de 4d..sauf en €

*2018-08-04*

Bien faite. Bienfait, fallait pas l’acheter !

### 1/5 — Disappointed

*2018-05-05, version 1.8.2*

Not worth three dollars, I could’ve learned same information from a 10 min YouTube video.

### 1/5 — Really??

*2012-04-17, version 1.0.1*

I want my money back. I thought this would educate me. Nothing new but a boring presentation that a high school student can outperform. Google 4th dimension and save your money. This app should be free. Give me my money back!!!

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Amazing

*2026-03-07, version 1.14*

A fun and interactive way to understand the 4th dimension - it’s the first time I’ve truly come to understand this mysterious dimension.

### 5/5 — Way way cool!

*2026-03-07, version 1.14*

One of the most intriguing mathematical models I’ve ever seen. Totally worth a look!

### 5/5 — Mind Bending

*2025-12-17, version 1.14*

I love this app so much. I may not use it every day, but I do use it often. It is so hard (potentially impossible even) to contemplate what a 4 dimensional object is and how it behaves. This app has been a godsend to me because it never fails to stimulate my brain in both curiosity and fascination. Highly recommend, and don’t just go through the process once. Repeat it, and marvel in it, and then after some time has passed repeat the process, and after a few times you will be blown away when you start to grasp the impossible. Thank you Devs!!!

### 5/5 — Decent

*2025-11-21, version 1.14*

Came back to this after maybe a decade! The issue I’m having on my 13 pro max is the stereo images are too far apart for me to make them converge. I suggest adding a slider to change the binoculars distance. My IPD is about 57mm.

### 5/5 — Fantastic

*2025-10-29, version 1.14*

Can’t say enough about how much I like this app. The only sad part is there isn’t more. It’s a great explanation of the 4th D.

### 5/5 — An excellent birthday gift!

*2025-10-21, version 1.14*

Wow, just wow :)

### 5/5 — Projection inna 4D journey

*2025-08-03*

Thanx a lot, this is very interesting. projections inter Space dimensions are so use full to understand the process! the 4th Time dimension isn’t in easy accèss but this app clearly show the way…. Great!!

### 5/5 — I thought I already got it.

*2025-06-02, version 1.14*

Like you might be thinking about now. You might be right… I was not.

The term Gestalt Switch refers to the often sudden and irreversible moment of epiphany, when the mind finally breaks thru the veil of murky ignorance from which we each strive to emerge, into the dazzling effulgence of nascent comprehension. Like BLAOW! And you grok it.

Rarely are such moments handed to us in pill form. And rarely from literal higher dimensions. This app is the exception, so even if you think you get it, GET IT.

Get it?

### 5/5 — Still Amazing

*2025-04-19, version 1.14*

I played through the interactive scenes in this app years ago and found the 2D -> 3D -> 4D rotation analogies really helped to give an intuitive sense for the shape of a tesseract. The attention to detail and production values are quite high, and I was very happy to find that it still works perfectly in 2025.

I’d love to see more from this developer!

### 5/5 — Beautifully executed

*2025-04-17, version 1.14*

Beautifully executed visual representation of a complex theory. So rare these days to find an app that focusses only on what it’s trying to do and does it well - incredibly user friendly, well designed, well written and effective as a learning aid. I really hope the developer and/or creator are working in some kind of education capacity now.
